We're Fundraising for Sit for Seniors: 120 Seconds a Day to Support Older Australians

Every day, more than 400 older Australians are hospitalised because of a fall. For an older person, a fall can mean losing confidence, independence and the freedom to do the things they love.

This September, we're taking on the Sit for Seniors 120-Second Wall Sit Challenge — completing a 2-minute wall sit every day to support older Australians on the Northern Beaches.
