I’m Fundraising for Sit for Seniors: 120 Seconds a Day to Support Older Australians
Every day, more than 400 older Australians are hospitalised because of a fall. For an older person, a fall can mean losing confidence, independence and the freedom to do the things they love.
This September, I’m taking on the Sit for Seniors 120-Second Wall Sit Challenge — completing a 2-minute wall sit every day to support older Australians on the Northern Beaches.
Your support can help older people stay strong, confident, connected and independent.
💙 Join me. Make a donation. Help make every second count.
Together, we can turn two minutes of effort into a lifetime of difference.

What a month!
Friday 2nd Oct Thank you to all of our sponsors! We can’t believe how fortunate we have been to have so many of our friends and family rally behind us to support this great cause. To reach our goal means the great work of MWP Care will receive a much needed boost. So grateful to all of those who donated! Finishing out the month with sore legs and happy hearts! No.1 on the leaderboard has shown Jack that little people can do BIG things! 💕 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
